Key Responsibilities:
● Influencer Strategy Development:
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to
increase brand visibility and drive user acquisition.
○ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns, and set
clear objectives and goals.
● Influencer Identification & Outreach:
○ Research and identify relevant influencers, including healthcare
professionals, wellness experts, and industry thought leaders, who align with
SPRY’s brand and target audience.
○ Initiate and manage outreach to influencers, building strong, long-term
relationships based on mutual goals.
● Campaign Management:
○ Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across
multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
○ Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, high-quality content that
authentically represents SPRY’s brand and message.
● Contract Negotiation & Budget Management:
○ Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships,
ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
○ Monitor influencer campaign expenses, ensuring they stay within budget
while delivering expected results.
● Content Creation & Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to develop
creative briefs and ensure content is aligned with SPRY’s branding.
○ Ensure that influencer content is delivered on time, meets brand standards,
and is compliant with all relevant regulations.
● Performance Tracking & Reporting:
○ Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach,
engagement, and conversion metrics.
○ Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable
insights for continuous improvement.
● Compliance & Best Practices:
○ Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory
requirements, including disclosure guidelines.
○ Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in
influencer marketing.
