UI / UX Designer - OML

Requirements: 
● A strong design portfolio with examples of web and mobile applications. 
● Previous work experience of 4+ years as a UI/UX Designer, Fintech preferred. 
● Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and After Effects. 
● Process-driven with strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and an understanding of user-centred design principles 
● Ability to work independently to support multiple ongoing projects and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment 
● Highly skilled in Sketch, Adobe Xd, Figma or any other design tool 

Responsibilities: 
● Gather and evaluate user requirements and align designs in collaboration with the product team 
● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps 
● Assist in the development of design standards, procedures, and processes that will guide the work and ensure quality. 
● Influence the product roadmap and a wide variety of stakeholders (peers and managers) to fulfil and safeguard user needs 
● Follow an iterative design process from low-fidelity ideation and sketches to high-fidelity pixel-perfect interfaces 
● Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how interfaces work and appear. 
● Contribute to the production of innovative graphic designs or create your own (e.g. images, sketches and infographics)
 ● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images 
● Consider localisation, scalability, and ease of maintenance in all solutions 
● Assist with validating and measuring user experience success via usability testing and post-deployment evaluations
