● Responsible for Transaction(Online MF) processing.
● Order file upload in funds net.
● Send a debit file to payment gateway(PG).
● Upload reverse feed from RTA.
● Upload payment confirmation file from PG
● Send UTR reports to AMC
● Responsible for maintaining critical data.
● Issue list.
● Query handling of Clients.
● Follow up with concerned AMC/RTA/Payment gateway/IT in case of any issues.
● Preparation of Reconciliations reports(AUM, Order, Payment)
● Data entry to be completed and to be verified as per the agreed timelines.
● Responsible for publishing reports as per timeline agreed.
● AUM recon
● Order recon
● Payment Recon

● At least 2 years of experience in Mutual fund operations
● Good knowledge of reporting tools
● Customer-centric
● Good communication and Team player
● Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Powerpoint
