Lead Mobile Developer - Android & IOS - AR

1. Minimum 7+ Yrs experience in architecting, developing and managing mobile apps in React
Native, iOS and Android in a Leadership role covering native and hybrid apps.
2. Strong demonstrated understanding of mobile app design architectures and patterns, visual
design patterns.
3. Strong implementation of Native iOS apps using Objective C and Swift.
4. Strong implementation of Native Android apps using Java.
5. Strong implementation of Redux and SQLite database.
6. Solid understanding of dynamic web interface development:
a. Object Oriented JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, XHTML, CSS3.

b. Good knowledge on JSON, XML and XSLT.
c. Strong understanding of mobile app security, token standards, encryption algos.
d. Working understanding of Source Control Management tools like Git/Bitbucket/SVN is a MUST.
7. Good sense of visual design and screen flows.
8. Has good working knowledge of App performance and optimisation and usage of various libraries.
9. Has good track record of submitting Apps on play store and app store and getting it published
taking care of all technical objections.
10. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to take ownership and good leadership skills.
12. Should have managed a team of 5+ developers.
13. Good analytical and problem solving skills to solve challenging problems.
14. Should be well versed with Agile methodologies – Scrum and Kanban.
15. Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD automation, monitoring, crash analytics, usage analytics, integration
with firebase and notification services.
16. Demonstrated expertise in independently handling business or product teams for requirements.
17. Should have working knowledge of micro services and API architectures.
