Lead Devops

1. Our teams work on a range of applications – mobile, backend, cloud, analytics and we are constantly looking to add on to and improve our suite of apps. This is a role where you will contribute to the design, redesign, maintenance and evolution of some of our most critical systems.
2. Get to work on a range of applications and best in class tech – we do not like to restrict our people to a specific portfolio.
3. Directly work with the business and product teams – excellent exposure to understanding market and client dynamics, and how best to respond to changes.
4. Steep learning curve and the opportunity to challenge yourself daily.

What we expect you to bring to the table!
1. 5+ years in Devops and last 2 years in a Lead role managing a Devops team.
2. Strong work experience on AWS cloud, configuration and setup of AWS components.
3. Track record of implementing CI/CD processes with strong automation in Agile delivery models.
4. Interest and ability to scale production systems running on Linux.
5. Very strong logical reasoning skills.
6. Strong previous experience with containerizing a suite of application level microservices.
7. Hands on with docker, CI / CD , Amazon EKS or similar platform.
8. Strong skills with Git.
9. Strong experience with any continuous integration platform – could be Jenkins or Gitlab or GitHub. We are programming language agnostic; you will help us tweak the flow to suit our tech stack.
10. Above average scripting capabilities in any language of your choice (Bash, Python, YAML…).
11. Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new technologies .

Preferred but not required:
1. Exposure to container monitoring technologies like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
2. Exposure to B2C application architectures/mobile apps.
3. Contributions toward open source, technical papers etc.
