Application Support Engineer
1. Experience in Production Support across Cloud, Infra, Databases, Java, .Net and other tech stack
applications
2. Strong Troubleshooting skills
3. Strong scripting skills in any scripting Languages -- Python preferred
4. Working knowledge of AWS, Linux and Windows operating systems
5. Dynamic individual with thirst to learn and agility to pick new tools and skills
6. Strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
7. Passionate in providing high quality customer service and able to prepare accurate reports for all
levels of staff
8. Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work
9. Able to take the initiative to investigate and follow-up with various stakeholders to resolve issues
10. Good to have experience in supporting, administering and using DevOps tools
11. Exposure to banking or financial services industry is a plus
