Project Manager (eLearning for Corporate clients)
• Single point of contact for clients for project related activities
• Coordinate with SME, ID, Media teams on projects; Facilitate customer, delivery team, and project
team interactions
• Manage customer manager expectations and enhance relationships to establish successful project
• Coordinate with contractual/external resources for work allocation and tracking as per schedule
• Ensure optimum utilization of all types of resources assigned to her/his team
• Handle day-to-day team issues (leaves, team conflicts, resource scheduling, work allocation, etc.) and provide effective, structured timely and feedback
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including Project Estimations, Scope documents, Project Plan, Project Schedule, Status Reports, Quality and Profitability reports
• Maintain compliance and audit documents
• Open to visit/stationed at client location, if required
6 - 15 years
Any graduation
- Independently manage and successfully deliver e-learning content development projects within the constraints of budget, schedule, quality and CSAT.

End-to-End Project Management , client management , project management , Instructional Design
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have worked or still working as Instructional Designer for corporate eLearning modules
- Time management and leadership skills
- Exposure to client management
- Any Bachelor's degree
