Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Technical Recruiter, Recruiting full time technical resources, H1 transfer candidates for various client requirements.
Able to hit the ground running in filling positions in a very short time frame.
Candidate must be able to recruit for multiple requirements in Information Technology
Must be aware of all the Tax terms involved in contracting business
Must have working experience with an Application Tracking System.
Recruiter will work with the latest and best technical recruiting tools to enable you to achieve success.
Fill out a daily /weekly recruiter report documenting activity and candidate pipeline
Work with Managers to qualify requisitions and understand the skillsets sought
Attend daily office and weekly req prioritization meetings
Strong communication skills.

Any graduation
• Sourcing Qualified Candidates for H1b transfer with MRCC from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
• Screen and Interview all potential Candidates
• Negotiating with candidates to get the candidates at best possible rates
• Follow the company process at every stage of recruitment process
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Regularly interact with the candidates till they are placed by Bench Sales Team and keep them updated on the submissions
