Instructional Designer
- Understand customers’ business issues and seek information on both explicit and implicit needs of a customer.
- Determine the scope of a curriculum / course in terms of measurable learning goals within the framework of client requirements.
- Design blended learning curricula based on specific business challenges.
- Suggest appropriate instructional strategies to meet learning goals.
- Define standards and envision elements that need to be part of supporting documentation (stylesheet, wordlist, etc.) to ensure consistency across a curriculum.
- Participate in client calls / meetings with clear agenda / queries to help manage client requirements (along with PM).
- Provide accurate estimates for development effort to supervisor.
- Mentor and manage a team of instructional designers by reviewing their work and providing feedback. Be on the top of market trends and developments in learning industry.

Instructional Designing , storyboard , writing , ID
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in instructional designing, preferably for corporate / higher-education verticals.
- Hands-on experience needed in reviewing storyboards, analysing customer needs and creating solution designs.
- Ability to write content that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct by using appropriate standards and writing styles.
- Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
- Software Proficiency on Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Studio
- Adobe e-Learning Suite Programs (Captivate, Photoshop, Flash,)
- MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel)
