Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong hands-on software development experience and proven technical leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL, along with a good understanding of HLD and LLD.
The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical development and implementation of software applications.
Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications using Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design, development, and optimization
Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Define technical architecture and make appropriate technology decisions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Mentor and guide developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design.
Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6–8 years of overall software development experience.
6–8 years of relevant experience in software development.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of HLD and LLD.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Python.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
