Senior Java Developer
Job Description:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based backend services and applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting and debugging production issues across multiple environments.
- Optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentoring junior developers and helping them grow their skills.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participating in the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Working closely with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.

Job Responsibilities:
Skills:
- Expertise in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in backend development frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful web services and API design.
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 plus years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in Java or related technologies (optional but beneficial).
