Technical Manager / Architect Roles and Responsibilities:
Leading the development team in the design, development, and debugging of applications

Leading the development team in the design, development, and debugging of applications
Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
Keep up to date with the latest development software
Hire and train new developers
Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
Ensure proper documentation
Closely work with the Business Analyst team to give the estimation for the development
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
Understands the benefits of the various programming languages and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application
Keeps project manager well informed about the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects
Serves as a key participant in team and client meetings
Strong writing and presentation skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Experience Range:
10 - 15 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E,
Skills Required:
Experience in management and Web development,
