2.Intelligent Test Case writing skills functional and non-functional requirements.
3.Requirements analysis and decomposition.

5.Test management tool knowledge (Requirements, Test Case Writing, Traceability, Defects).
6.Understanding and implementation of the Agile development methodology.
7.Adhering to timelines / schedules and quality parameters.
8.Specify, design and implement modest changes to the existing manual and automation framework to meet changing needs as it arises.
9.Manage and lead day-to-day quality-assurance operations.
10.Oversee and manage QA teams across ongoing projects.
11.Continually provide excellent quality assurance in a highly dynamic environment by abiding by QA best practices and principles.
12.Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality-assurance practices, understanding the needs of the clients, and incorporating new strategies to ensure best possible results.
