- Interact with end users to understand their problems, requirements and needs. Use different types of questioning techniques to discover user requirements and needs.
- Interact with subject matter experts to understand the current and future needs of the market. Create and maintain product roadmap to reflect emerging market trends.
- Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing product design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement.
- Project and track product acquisition metrics and revenue goals.
- Provide periodic status to the leadership team.
