Factory HR Manager

Job Description:

• Performance management of all the Factory Employees
• Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
• Management of salaries and wages for the employees
• Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
• Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
• Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
• Find contract manpower requirements basis manufacturing plan , Monitor and ensure adherence to contract labour related statutory compliance , Ensure timely availability of contract labour as per plan ,Employee engagement activities
• Contract Labour Management, Wage settlements,
• Attendance & Leave Management, Probation confirmation & Performance Appraisal,
• Industrial & Labour Relation, Statutory Compliance such as Industrial Disputes Act, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus and Industrial Employment Standing Orders Act, Employment Exchange, Factory Act, Contract Labour Management;
• Work related to Government Liaoning, Handling Workers & Employee Grievances, Day to Day
• HR Administration, Maintenance of Registers and Records,
• Employees Exit Formalities & Full & Final Settlement.

Experience Range:

5 - 10 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities:

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN HR COMPLIANCE AND IR MANDATORY
