.Greater than 100MW single Solar project construction with IPP
2.Over all 7+ years experience in solar project construction.
3. Leading the team of more than 10+ members Like Block wise Civil / Electrical Lead and Supervisors.
4. Planning, organizing, directing and running day-to-day progress to achieve target
5. Co-ordinating with Client/EPC for bottle necks and better progress
6. Monitoring overall progress and update on daily basis
7. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
8. Conduct Meeting with EPC/Contractor on weekly basis
9. Prepare catch-up plan for lags 11.Adhere to COMPANY SOP & Core Value.
12.Selection of the candidate through interview by COMPANY and Client.
