Site store Manager

1. Greater than 100MW single Solar project construction with IPP
2. Over all 5 years experience in solar project construction.
3. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
5. Maintain store datas properly.
6. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
7. Maintaining inventories contractor wise.
8. Monthly reconciliation of stocks.
9. Meeting with vendors and prepare reconciliation report.
10. Co-ordinate with supplier for damage and short supply.
11. Adhere to COMPANY SOP & Core Value.
12. Selection of the candidate through interview by COMPANY and Client
