Job Responsibilities:
Acquisition of clients from open market, fresh data collection from various sources of customers interested in Home Loan, LAP, HL BT.
Business Development with Real Estate Developers and staff, CA's, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers, etc
Ensure does weekly events in Residential Areas, Commercial complexes for fresh lead generation
Collect loan documents from customer and login files in the bank/NBFC
Maintain good relations with customers and bankers
Ensure disbursement and cheque release
90% login should get sanctioned
80% sanctions should get disbursed
Skills Required:
Excellent sales skills
