Job Description:
1. Acquisition of clients fresh data from various sources interested in Home Loan,LAP,HL BT.
2. Business Development with Real Estate Developers and staff, CA's,Lawyers, Corporate HR team of various companies.
3. Ensure team does weekly events in Residential Areas,Commercial complexes for fresh lead generation
4. Managing, training and motivating team to drive revenue growth
5. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
6. Develop efficient and creative sales, marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
7. Collecting developer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization for changes if required for process growth.
8. Monitoring team performance, analysing data, periodical forecasting and reporting to organization.
9. Ensure docs collection from customers and login in bank
10. Login to Disbursal cheque release responsibility
11. Ensure weekly/monthly revenue targets are met
12. 90% conversion from logins to sanctions
13. 80% conversion from sanctions to disbursement
Experience Range:
4 - 8 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
