Customer Support Executive - Tamil
We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive for Noida location and looking for the candidate who is fluent in English and Tamil.
1 - 3 years
Any graduation
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Customer Interaction
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Must be fluent in English and Tamil.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
