• Sound experience in selling IT Products.
• Lead & excel the business volume from zero to agreed numbers.
• Monitor & control collection process.
• Launch, manage and handle the Business Partner Alliance / Channel network for the Company.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
• Top and bottom line business improvement plans.
• Team Management & team effectiveness.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills , Ability to motivate and lead a team , excellent communication and 'people skills' , good planning and organisational skills , the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Knowledge of healthcare domain would be an added advantage.
• Ability to set and manage priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experienced at managing and delivering on time with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Skilled and creative business development manager with an understanding of sales and channel dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
