The marketing intern is an enthusiastic & result-oriented individual with administrative duties in developing & implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness & adoption of the product. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing & business teams in various stages. This internship will help you acquire skills & knowledge of various areas of marketing and ultimately prepare you to enter any fast paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Marketing content – Ongoing updates & communication of value proposition on marketing website, online directories, external marketing channels, etc
* Develop new & improve existing new user guides & documentation of the product features & capabilities
* Implement product update email campaigns - ensure prompt and accurate communication & analyse campaign performance
* Help in execution of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, Social media marketing, Email Campaigns, etc
* Conduct training webinars for existing customers to increase customer adoption & retention
* MIS - pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor performance

Skills Required:

Verbal communication, Written Communication, Marketing,

Candidate Attributes:

* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
* Possess a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline & commitment
* Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation
* Knowledge of other digital marketing tools is a plus
