Job Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented product / business analyst for a disruptive recruitment product.
We break status quo every day and re-imagine solutions / we are looking for a like minded person for this role.
Experience Range:
1 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E , BCA
Job Responsibilities:
- Create user stories based on analysis of customer feedback, user data, business strategy, research, and best practices.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers
- Develop & Maintain Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, and Product Backlogs.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish trade offs between usability and performance needs.
- Work independently with users to define concepts as well as resolve system issues.
- Work with developers to define business and processing logic.
- Ensure, through acceptance criteria and testing, that iterations deliver the desired functionality with high quality.
- Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

Candidate Attributes:
Technical:
- Should have worked as a Product or Business Analyst in a software development team
- Ability to understand software fundamentals
- Abreast with current technology trends in Consumer & B2B Software
- Eager to learn and try new things
- Has applied Agile product development practices
- Startup experience is a plus
