Job Description:
Candidate should be having thorough knowledge and professional experience in " MIS

- Assimilate data from System & analyse to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- reports
- Analyse reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has
- been collected
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful reports
- and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver
- customized reports as per business needs.
Experience Range:
2 - 3 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation , B.Com , B.B.A , B.Tech/B.E ,or MBA/PGDM
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management review
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and process data from databases
Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI
Build and manage Excel-based reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)
Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and turnaround time
Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas in data
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
Skills Required:
Analysis Reports , Data Collection , Data Review
Candidate Attributes:
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, macros)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Working knowledge of Power BI (report/dashboard creation)
• Experience automating reports (e.g., via Excel macros, Power Query, or tools like Python/n8n )
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination
Good to Have
• Exposure to Python for data automation
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
• Experience with scheduling/workflow automation tools
