The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product success by understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. They will translate technical features into customer-facing value propositions and collaborate with various teams to create go-to-market strategies, launch new products, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, developing product messaging, creating content, enabling sales teams, engaging with customers, and measuring campaign performance.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Define target audience segments and craft tailored messaging that resonates with each.
Create and manage launch plans including sales enablement, content, campaigns, and customer communications.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and differentiation.
Provide competitive battle cards and analysis for internal teams.
Messaging & Positioning
Develop compelling product messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition and differentiators.
Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels and sales collateral.
Create impactful storytelling around the product to strengthen brand positioning.
Content Development
Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce product-focused marketing assets:.
Sales decks, brochures, and datasheets
Case studies and whitepapers
Product videos and demos
Blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns
Ensure content aligns with buyer journeys and supports demand generation activities.
Sales Enablement
Partner with sales teams to provide training, tools, and materials that help them effectively sell products.
Create playbooks, scripts, and FAQs to address customer objections.
Measure the impact of enablement efforts on conversion rates and sales performance.
Customer & Community Engagement
Work with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
Support user community initiatives, webinars, and events to increase engagement.
Use insights to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
Performance Measurement
Define success metrics for product marketing campaigns and track ROI.
Analyze the effectiveness of GTM strategies and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Present regular performance reports to leadership.
