-B.Tech/B.E in Computers
Build intelligent WhatsApp chatbots capable of multi-turn conversations with IndiaMART buyers and sellers.
Design multi-agent workflows using platforms like LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Work on LLM-driven automations for real-world buyer-seller interactions — from support to commerce.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, experiment, and scale solutions that truly help users.
Continuously improve agent performance using analytics, user feedback, and funnel diagnostics.
Benchmark and evaluate different LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source models) for cost and performance.

We care less about perfect resumes and more about curious, driven, and hands-on engineers who love solving problems using AI.
Must-Have:
Programming experience in Python, Node.js, or Go
Familiarity with APIs, chatbot frameworks, or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Understanding of conversational AI systems, language models, and prompt engineering
Data-driven mindset with an eagerness to test, learn, and iterate
Good to Have:
Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT
Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Dialogflow, or messaging platforms
Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or semantic search
Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Voiceflow
Exposure to BI tools and funnel analysis to improve user journeys
