Job Description:

Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet workforce needs effectively. The position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Analyze market trends to identify the best talent acquisition practices.


Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.

Leverage various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

Candidate Experience:

Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication.

Team Leadership:

Guide and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Data and Reporting:

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards to track progress.

Provide regular hiring updates and insights to senior management.

Use analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
