Position Summary:
The person is supposed to develop and oversee the organization’s control & compliance to prevent non-
conformity of legal & statutory guidelines. The objective is to ensure all internal policies are compliant
with statutory amendments and audits which happen from time to time.
Job Summary:
Coordinate with the compliance partner & IndiaMART legal team to ensure adherence to all
statutory legal requirements at state & country level. Serve as the primary point of contact with
regulatory bodies and external auditors. Ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory
inquiries and audit findings.
Create, implement, and oversee company compliance programs, policies, and procedures to
ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Continuously monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Provide expert guidance and support to various departments on compliance-related matters.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address potential
compliance issues.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
Perform ongoing risk assessments to identify compliance risks and implement measures to
mitigate these risks.
Coordinate with Learning and Development to Design and deliver compliance training programs
to educate employees on regulatory requirements and ethical standards, ensuring all employees
are aware of and understand compliance policies.
Prepare reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
Manage special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
