We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tech Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience specializing in technology recruitment within start-ups, product organizations or IT organizations. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our growing organizational needs.
2 - 4 years
-B.Tech/B.E ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level technical roles, including leadership positions in Tech.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies for attracting top leadership and niche tech talent through direct sourcing, networking, and market research.
Screen, assess, and recommend candidates with strong leadership potential and technical expertise.
Guide and mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) on best practices and effective sourcing techniques.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future leadership hiring.
Maintain a high level of candidate engagement to ensure a premium candidate experience.
Manage recruitment reporting and ensure data-driven hiring decisions.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.

2–5 years of experience in technology hiring within start-ups, product organisations or IT organisations.
Proven ability to source and recruit for technical roles across levels.
Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
