Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
Continuously iterate on existing product offerings by gathering feedback from clients and internal teams.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, training, and collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions. Assist the sales team in creating sales collateral, technical documentation, and competitive analysis. Train and support sales representatives on product features, benefits, and differentiators to enhance sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and receive ongoing support.
Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product updates. Ensure that the product’s value proposition, messaging, and positioning are clearly defined for target audiences.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and emerging technologies. Keep an eye on competitors’ product offerings to ensure IndiaMART stays ahead in terms of features, pricing, and positioning.
Enterprise Account Management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, B2B e-commerce, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation trends. Familiarity with IndiaMART’s product offerings is an advantage.
Deep understanding of customer success and retention strategies.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
