We are hiring Active Freelancers for Field Customer Support Job, preferably 2-wheeler riders Delhi NCR & Ludhiana for IndiaMART.

Note :
  • Preference will be given to Male candidates only. 
  • This work opportunity is only for Delhi and Delhi NCR Residents (Delhi / Noida/Greater Noida/Ghaziabad/Faridabad/Gurugram), and field visit is necessary to complete this job.
  • Current location and work location should be the same to work in this project!


Scope of work: This is a Seller Enrichment Process and you are expected to collect the following details from the business / shop owners shared by IndiaMART.

Responsibility :
  • Collecting all the required documents and details from the seller to create their free seller account.
  • Helping the local seller in their onboarding process on the IndiaMART platform(making them go Global!!).
  • Helping them with basic digital literacy so that they can kick start their journey on the largest internet Marketplace. Hence contributing to the IndiaMART’s mission: ‘To make doing Business easy


Collect the following details from the Sellers (as pictures):
  • Shop/office outlet picture
  • Visiting card - Containing Contact person name, Email and Mobile Number
  • Complete address with pincode
  • 3 Products photos with price
  • GST number (can be captured along with Shop/office outlet picture)
  • Additionally if possible- business type- Retailer/Wholesaler/Manufacturer, Website/social media address and brochure


Candidates Eligibility
  • Comfortable with travelling in field
  • 12th Pass 
  • Age is greater than 18 year
  • Have Smart Phone


Selection Process:
  • IndiaMART Assessment Test 
       a)Consist of Training Video and Test based upon those training videos.
       b)Test URL has been shared above in the mail
  • Submit all your mandatory documents

  • Address Proof - Aadhaar Card
  • ID Proof - PAN Card
  • Bank Details - Cancelled Cheque/Bank Statement/Passbook
  • Passport size photograph
