We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Experience Range:
0 - 3 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Skills Required:
Talent acquisition , End to End recruitment , Sourcing , Head hunting , Stakeholder Management
Candidate Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience.
- MBA Fresher can apply
- 80% & above in 10th & 12th
- Good communication skills
