Job Description:

This job requires the candidate to: 
  • Focus on in-person presentations to introduce IndiaMART and its value to clients.
  • Involves acquiring new clients, building trust, and maintaining integrity.
  • Includes complete P&L responsibility and managing a team of 200+ people.
  • To plan, execute, and monitor sales operations for accelerated client acquisition.
  • Responsibilities include recruiting, managing a direct sales force, improving productivity, and ensuring target achievement.
  • The role also involves managing indirect sales through channel partners.

Any graduation ,or Any PG

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regional data, including sales, productivity, and client status.
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop action plans for sales targets and ensure their achievement.
  • Recruit, train, and retain teams, focusing on performance metrics.
  • Gather market feedback, set up sales opportunities, and ensure timely closures.
  • Enforce payment collection, compliance with sales processes, and conduct regular team performance reviews.
