Job Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Responsible for Transactional Monitoring Calls
- Provide feedback using a prescribed feedback model to improve call quality & compliance.
- Conduct one to one Feedback session- Mentoring and coaching on Quality adherence and parameters. Monitor adherence to compliance procedures and processes
- Conduct Refresher training based on the errors identified
- Conduct Training sessions for Quality improvement
Skills Required:
Quality Assurance Processes , Call Quality , Feedback Management , Quality Improvement , Quality Improvement Tools
Candidate Attributes:
Qualification and Experience :-
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Excellent English Tamil - written, reading, and spoken skills
- Experience a Minimum of 2 years out of which a minimum 1 must be as a Quality Auditor in any calling process
