Job Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct daily 4-5 in-person client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and platform utilization.
Maximize revenue through upselling and cross selling.
Ensure systematic follow-up ,time-bound closures and prompt resolution of complaints.
Skills Required:
Microsoft Power BI
Candidate Attributes:
Strong academic background.
Any graduate with minimum 9 months experience in sales .
The essential skills required for the role are active listening, good verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and customer orientation.
