Executive/Sr. Executive | Client Servicing Monthly
Roles and responsibility:
Interact with clients over calls and video calls to achieve weekly , monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt Resolution Of Client Complaints.
Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for Sales & Servicing.
Accurate mapping of products /services in client e-catalog.
Systematic follow up with the clients to ensure time –bound closure to sales & services.
0 - 3 years
Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM
Position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART
Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined
B.tech or MBA/PGDM 2024 freshers only
