Job Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities :
Category Executive
  • Do primary and secondary research around the category to capture insights and perform operations. In other words, Calling / Connecting with sellers and buyers to understand the category and industry.
  • Study and research other e-commerce platforms for same categories to understand the pricing, content and taxonomy; and group the loosely mapped products & increase the product mapped in the category
  • Define attributes and specifications for the category and capture from buyers and sellers for their product and enquiries; Update the relevant information on every product to enable buyers to make informed decisions
  • Enhance buyer experience by improving the interaction on the platform; Be the voice of buyer internally & help fulfil buyer requirements with minimum effort from the buyer side
  • Update the products in the existing catalogs of sellers through brochure and website; Data gathering from different Google tools like Google Analytics, Keyword planner, Search Console.

Operations Executive:

  • Engaging with Internal stakeholder conduct recon and get our asks moved from internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities too.
  • Engaging with Sellers on capturing intent and helping them complete the journey. Manage their expectations and handle queries.
  • Partner engagement manage partner and help run program successfully. This includes calling and relationship management.
  • Proactive Auditing of buyer feedbacks and seller behavior to identify and disable mischievous sellers.
  • Process improvement identification of areas of improvement and data driven interventions to improve overall quality and efficiency.
  • Proficient Hindi & English Speaker (Mandatory).
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, to manage multiple data points and analyze them for usage.


Skills Required:

SQL, MS Excel, MS Office,

Candidate Attributes:

Must Skill Set :

Good to have knowledge of SQL, able to interpret algorithms, run simple DB queries to generate report.

Ability to multitask & good logical reasoning ability.

Willingness to learn new things.

Good Analytics

Good written and verbal communication.( Hindi and English)

Laptop and good internet connection

Keen eye to look out for mistakes in language and appearance

Willingness to learn new things.

Team Player

MS Office, MS Excel , SQL , Good Analytics , Google Search Console , Client handling experience.
