Job Description:

 We're looking for ambitious AI Enthusiasts to join our Marketplace & Business Intelligence Team to build real-world intelligent systems that impact millions of users & solve for real time business Use-Cases. You'll work alongside experienced Product & Engineering teams, & work hand on cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, agentic systems, and multimodal AI while contributing to products that drive actual business outcomes.  

Key & Technical Skills: 

● Strong programming fundamentals (Python, data structures, algorithms) 

● Basic understanding of AI / machine learning concepts and eagerness to learn 

● Analytical mindset with attention to data patterns and metrics 

● Ownership mentality - you see problems and want to solve them 

● Clear communication skills and collaborative approach 

● Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced learning 

● Interest in building systems that handle real-world, messy data.

Educational Qualifications:

-B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT/AI/ML/Data Science/Data Analytics/Data Engg/CyberSecurity

Job Responsibilities:

You'll Learn and Contribute To: 

● Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance 

● Working along with cross functional teams in different stages of the projects 

● Collaborate Analyze and refine technical requirements with  stakeholders and business owners to ensure they align with business  objectives and technical feasibility 

● Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring  with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work  processes 

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

● Building AI agents and automated workflows using LLMs

● Implementing data pipelines for AI/ML systems 

● Working with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud AI services

● Designing feedback loops that improve system performance

● Collaborating with business teams to understand requirements and measure impact 

● Following software engineering best practices for AI systems
