What the Role offers :
The position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly,
monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales &
servicing
Accurate mapping of products/services in client’s e-catalog
Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to
sales & service issues
Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates :
Hunger for sales & application of sales techniques
Good Verbal and written communication
Good negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Should have a laptop and regular WiFi connectivity
You Can Apply if you possess:
Over 65% in 10th and 12th
Are a Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience OR Fresher /
Experienced with Masters Degree in Management
