Job Summary:
Research and analyze data and market insights
Connecting with paid suppliers on call, enriching the products on their catalogs as per their
requirement.
Make changes to the product line to increase profit margin
Ensure product availability
Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product
categories.
Respond to customer’s queries about new products
Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
Analyze customer requirements and develop product promotions to drive sales
Address customer queries and concerns in timely fashion
Negotiate price changes with clients and inform the change to relevant departments
of the organization.
Assist in coordinating and executing the business tactics for development, marketing
and sales of the product in the category.
