Job Description:

As a Lead Engineer - Big Data at IndiaMART, you will be responsible for meeting with managers to determine the company’s Big Data needs, excelling in project management skills, In-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and similar frameworks, managing a team. 

Experience Range:

4 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:

-B.Tech/B.E in Computers , -B.Tech/B.E in IT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing Hadoop systems; Collaborating with the software research and development teams.
  • Loading disparate data sets and conducting pre-processing services using Hive or suitable tech .
  • Finalizing the scope of the system and delivering Big Data solutions; Building cloud platforms for the development of company applications.
  • Managing the communications between the internal system and the survey vendor.
  • Maintaining production systems; Training staff on data resource management.

Skills Required:

Big Data , Hadoop , Hive , Spark , NoSQL , AWS , Linux , Python

Candidate Attributes:

Skill sets :-

• Previous experience as a big data engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of scripting languages including Java, Linux, Ruby, PHP, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS databases including Redis and MongoDB, Redshift .
• Familiarity with Mesos, AWS, and Docker tools.
• Experience is Working with RDS ,API Gateway , Redshift
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex networking, data, and software issues.
