Responsibilities-
 Design the company’s hiring strategy
 Work with business heads to determine hiring needs
 Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
 Source candidates via various methods (like job portals, using databases or social media)
 Conduct screening calls.
 Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance.
 Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams.
 Build relationships with candidates for the future.
 Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
 Salary Negotiation

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
