Position Description:
The position holder is expected to service existing enterprise clients on the current products and enable them with new products/media sales on Indiamart marketplace.
Job Summary:
- Servicing and renewing customers annual contracts
- Work on customer delight and enabling enterprise clients to utilize Indiamart’s products
- Acting like a consultant to the client and upsell them new services and solutions.
- On-call servicing role; primarily responsible for servicing & managing relationships (periodic feedbacks / engagement on set parameters like Lead Management/Customer tickets
- Identify and evaluate upsell prospects, research and understand them before setting appointments for sales teams through consultative selling.
- Track CSAT / NPS of enterprise clients
- Track and report performance parameters (renewals / upsell funnels, CSAT scores).
Knowledge:
