▪ Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs fromManager(s) and Senior Management for all vacancies
▪ Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
▪ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job Specifications for all positions.
▪ Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; coaching and counseling hiring managers on candidate selection; analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes in hiring strategy
▪ Developing a common company branding message on social media and train HR executives in updating sales pitches to attract talent to the organization.
▪ To build, develop and maintain relationship with the candidates, other HR team members and Hiring Managers for efficient discharge of duties
