What the Role offers:
- The position holder will work directly with investment committee
- Will play active role in the entire journey of investment from deal sourcing to evaluation to deal signing
Experience Range:
10 - 20 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and CA , MBA/PGDM in Finance
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sector specific research for mapping of companies for deal scouting
- Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, etc.
- Establishing connects with companies and VCs to look for investment opportunities
- Deal evaluation including product/ financial performance/ team
- Financial and customer diligence on target with the help of consulting companies
- Preparation of dashboards/ documentation for the board of directors and for deal closure
Skills Required:
Equity Research Analysis , Venture Capital , Mergers & Acquisitions
Candidate Attributes:
Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates:
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of business and functional areas
- Good financial acumen, ability to understand big picture and an eye for detail
- Strong MS office skills especially MS excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to think strategically
