Key Responsibilities :
·Revenue maximization and achievement of business targets by improving client Renewals and Upsells
·Act like a consultant to the clients and ensure high level of client satisfaction through personalized solutions and issue resolutions
·Capturing key process and product feedback for client experience improvements through data analysis and RCAs
·Drive quality service demonstrations by team on video meetings
·Regular team trainings and audits to maintain service quality
