Key Responsibility Areas:  
  1. Review entire seller lifecycle on IndiaMART and identify areas where process improvements, data interventions and automation can help
  2. Drive data-based projects to improve overall quality and efficiency in the onboarding journey and seller catalog creation
  3. Critical analysis of large data to drive and present insights, and implement logical solutions on which pilots can be conducted
  4. Initiate pilots and new launches, and drive initial success before handover to respective teams
  5. Repeat process automations - through design of algorithms which can then be implemented on frontend or backend
  6. Creation of SOPs for all processes and developing insights and initiatives from them
  7. Reporting - create system-based reporting architecture and drive creation and auto-scheduling of reports and dashboards


Desired Profile: 

Qualifications:  

Education and experience - MBA with 0-4 years of work experience and passed out of well-recognized institutes.
Tamil is must - coimbatore/chennai

Skill Sets: 

  1. Proficiency - MS Office, especially MS Excel; SQL would be an added advantage
  2. Good logical reasoning ability
  3. Customer satisfaction oriented mindset
  4. Good communication and presentation skills
  5. Good data analysis skills and understanding of technology
  6. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

0 - 4 years
