Job description - This position is with the SAAS division of Girnar Software Pvt. Ltd. Here we are building software products for MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise). These products enable business owners and their teams to achieve their professional goals with use of technology. We are a bunch of ambitious, customer centric, data centric and fun humans. 
This role is about owning the automation of business processes for our clients

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation

Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities
Learn the usage of in house automation tool (Zigchat)

Understand the business process of the client and prepare flowchart or workflow diagrams to describe these business processes

Identify the third party integrations and reporting requirements to achieve complete automation of the client’s business processes

Break down the workflow into smaller use cases and configure the same into an automation tool (Zigchat). Provide effort estimation, challenges in meeting customer requirements

Develop test cases for different scenarios of use cases and execute test cases using automation.

Update progress and share status report using a project management tool like JIRA
