Studying the organization's objectives, strategy and business to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote the organization, its products, ideas, and services.
· Ideate and coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external) to identify industry/ company trends and story ideas that can be shared with media
· Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with media, community, employees, PR team of partners, and various public interest groups.
• Writing press releases and other media communications
· Keeping a track of all organizational and competition media coverage and corresponding reputation impact
• Planning or directing and executing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
• Coaching company representatives in effective communication with the media, public and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
• Updating and maintaining relevant Web content.
