Senior Associate Director - IT
Job Description:
Develop and maintain IT infrastructure: This includes the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems and networks.
Monitor and improve system performance: This includes optimizing system efficiency, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing technical support.
Ensure data security: This includes configuring and maintaining security software, monitoring security threats, and responding to security breaches.
Plan and manage IT projects: This includes organizing and managing projects to meet deadlines, budget, and other requirements.
Provide technical training and support: This includes providing technical support to staff and assisting with the adoption of new IT systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures: This includes creating and managing policies and procedures related to IT systems, networks, and data security.
Liaise with other departments: This includes providing technical support to other departments and helping them to use IT systems and networks.
Experience Range:
10 - 14 years
